Order Processing Time
Please note, we have a processing time of 1-4 business days for all orders. If you have placed your order during a sale or re-stocking period, this timing may be exceeded. Please trust that we always do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day after the order is placed, depending on the volume of orders we may experience at any given time. 

 

Shipping Policy
All order placed online within Australia will incur a freight fee based on the size and weight of their order.
Any customers placing an order from New Zealand will be contacted about their shipping costs depending on what they ordered.
We accept email orders from other countries. At the time of dispatch you will be contacted by our customer service team to confirm the final shipping charges. 
Extra Freight cost require for bulky products: In some cases, the freight is underestimated at the check-out. This can be due to your location or the item/s being bulky such as Lampshades, Felt by the metre/bolts, Ring sets etc or heavy items in larger quantities. If this is the case, a member of our sales team will contact you prior to the despatch of your order with the option of paying the cost difference. If you decide not to go ahead you will be fully refunded.

 

Returns Policy
It is very important to us that you love your craft products. If you are not happy and would like to return a product we are more than happy to provide a Credit to your account or a refund to your credit card.
All returns are to be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling). All merchandise must be in the original condition and the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Sorry – We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No items will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

 

Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
