Arbee Craft Shipping and Handling Charges
 
Our standard shipping and handling charges are $15.00 per order, Australia wide. If your freight cost is less than this, an amount will be adjusted from your payment. If it is more we will contact you.

Please note it is prohibited to send flammable substances such as spray cans and glue by post. These items must be delivered by road transport.
 

When will orders be sent?

We will endeavour to despatch your goods as soon as possible however at busy times it may be up to ten days before your order leaves our warehouse.


Overnight Delivery
We can organise overnight delivery at the customers' cost.
 
Metropolitan Melbourne
If the invoice value exceeds $300 (excluding GST and freight) the shipping and handling is free of charge, for delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area only.
 
Other Areas
If the invoice value exceeds $500 (excluding GST and freight) the shipping and handling is free of charge.* 
 *Free shipping and handling is not available to overseas customers, or customers in
  North Queensland, Northern Territory or North Western Australia.
*Particularly bulky goods; for example, toy fill, lamp shades or poly products; may incur
  additional freight charges which is to be paid by the customer.
 
 
In the case of additional freight costs, you will be notified prior to shipment.
